I strive to eat more vegan and here I will share a new vegan recipe with you. This is a really fast food-vegan /AIP dish which is perfect to eat for lunch. It taste soo good thanks to too much garlic spice..

This recipe is preparation of 1 large portion.

Recipe

Marinade:

Salt, 1/2 Tea spoon (I use brand himalayan salt)

1 teaspoon of dried garlic

1 teaspoon of thyme

1/2 dl avocado oil

Hot veggies;

1 package / 100g fresh mushrooms (organic)

1 Squash

Decorations;

50g Spinach

1 Avocado

How to do it:

  • Rinse and chop the mushrooms
  • Rinse and chop the squash
  • Mix the marinade ingredients into a sauce
  • Add the marinade to the chopped veggies and mix carefully
  • Add the marinated veggies into the air fryer (15 minutes, 200 C).
  • Serve with chopped avocado and spinach.
