Today I slept in and when I woke up I was more than ready for a run. We had our first snow this week and there were a winter wonderland waiting for me outdoors. I was just longing to get outside. You know the feeling🔥
A regular morning I just drink my celery juice before I go out and run but today I slept until 9:30 (!) and needed something more comforting. I got celery juice, carrots from yesterday’s dinner and guacamole topped with extra avocados 🥑. Soo good. For me veggies only is the best before a run. It does not weigh me down and get me tired it rather makes me energized 💯⁉️ what do you eat before your morning runs?
Since we got magic winter weather I wanted to go for a longer trail run. I took a lot of nice pics 🙏🏻❣️
I just love this trail, the first part is quite flat and easy, after a few kilometers you reach a small hill with magic views 🙌🏻.
When you continue to run you reach to the ocean.

After the ocean views there are some up hill running 😅🥰, so beautiful👆🏻
After the up hill I just had a short run until I was back in the car. I would guess that the whole run was about 8km.
Back in the car I served myself som orange juice and an orange. I just love the sent of an orange in combination to the cold fresh air.
I think it brings out memories from when I was little and skiing outdoors with my family.
These kinds of runs makes my heart beat a little bit extra, it’s more than a run it’s a memory to cherish that’s why I wanted to share it with you guys 😘💕🙏🏻.
